١قبول الشروط

باستخدامك تطبيق Grams أو موقع grams.fit فأنت توافق على هذه الشروط. إن لم توافق عليها، لا تستخدم التطبيق. تُقرأ هذه الشروط مع سياسة الخصوصية، وهي جزء منها.

يخضع التطبيق كذلك لاتفاقية الترخيص القياسية من Apple، وتجدها على apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

٢إخلاء المسؤولية الطبية

راجع طبيبك أو أخصائي التغذية قبل أي تغيير كبير في تمرينك أو أكلك، خصوصًا إن كنت حاملًا، أو لديك إصابة أو حالة مزمنة، أو تتناول دواءً. أوقف التمرين فورًا إذا شعرت بألم أو دوخة أو ضيق نفس، واطلب الرعاية الطبية.

تقديرات السعرات من الصور تقريبية وقد تخطئ، ولا يُعتمد عليها في أي قرار طبي. أنت وحدك من يقرر ما يناسب جسمك.

٣من يحق له الاستخدام

يلزم أن يكون عمرك ١٣ سنة فأكثر لإنشاء حساب. ومن هم دون ١٨ سنة يُفترض أن يستخدموا التطبيق بعلم ولي الأمر وموافقته.

٤حسابك

تُنشئ حسابك ببريدك الإلكتروني أو عبر «تسجيل الدخول باستخدام Apple». أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على وصولك لبريدك ولحسابك. البيانات التي تُدخلها — وزنك وطولك وهدفك — هي أساس كل ما يحسبه التطبيق، فدقّتها مسؤوليتك.

تقدر تحذف حسابك في أي وقت من الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب.

٥المجاني ومحتوى Pro

يعمل جزء من Grams مجانًا، ويشمل عددًا محدودًا من عمليات تحليل صور الوجبات والبرامج المجانية. اشتراك Grams Pro يفتح البرامج المخصّصة لـ Pro وخطط الوجبات وحدودًا أعلى للاستخدام.

نطبّق حدود استخدام عادلة على العمليات المكلفة (مثل تحليل الصور وتوليد خطط الوجبات) لحماية الخدمة، وهذه الحدود تسري على الاشتراك المدفوع أيضًا وقد نراجعها.

٦الاشتراك والتجديد التلقائي

يُشترى Grams Pro داخل التطبيق عبر حساب Apple الخاص بك:

الأسعار أعلاه بالريال السعودي، وتختلف حسب متجر بلدك وقد تشمل ضرائب محلية. السعر النهائي يظهر لك في شاشة الشراء قبل التأكيد. لا توجد حاليًا فترة تجريبية مجانية؛ وإن أضفنا عرضًا تعريفيًا مستقبلًا ستظهر شروطه في شاشة الشراء.

إذا غيّرنا سعر الاشتراك، تُخطرك Apple ويلزم أخذ موافقتك قبل سريان السعر الجديد على تجديدك.

٧الإلغاء والاسترجاع

تُدير الاشتراك وتُلغيه من إعدادات جهازك: الإعدادات ← اسمك ← الاشتراكات. يجب أن يتم الإلغاء قبل ٢٤ ساعة على الأقل من نهاية المدة الحالية، وتبقى مشتركًا حتى نهاية المدة المدفوعة.

عمليات الشراء تتم عند Apple، ولا نستلم أموالك ولا نملك تنفيذ الاسترجاع. طلبات الاسترجاع تُقدَّم إلى Apple عبر reportaproblem.apple.com وتخضع لسياستها.

٨الاستخدام المقبول

• لا تُشارك حسابك أو تبيع وصولك إليه.
• لا تحاول تجاوز حدود الاستخدام أو التحقق من الاشتراك، ولا الوصول إلى واجهاتنا البرمجية بطرق آلية غير مصرّح بها.
• لا تُعِد نشر محتوى التطبيق أو مقاطع التمارين خارج التطبيق.
• لا ترفع صورًا تخص غيرك دون إذنه، ولا محتوى مخالفًا للنظام.

يحق لنا تعليق أو إنهاء أي حساب يخالف ما سبق.

٩الملكية الفكرية

التطبيق واسمه وشعاره وتصميمه وبرامجه التدريبية ونصوصه مملوكة لنا أو مرخّصة لنا. مقاطع شرح التمارين مرخّصة من MuscleWiki وتبقى ملكًا لأصحابها. بيانات الأطعمة العامة مصدرها Open Food Facts وفق ترخيصها المفتوح.

ما تُدخله أنت — صورك وسجلاتك وبياناتك — يبقى ملكك. تمنحنا فقط الإذن اللازم لمعالجته وتشغيل الخدمة لك، كما هو موضّح في سياسة الخصوصية.

١٠توفر الخدمة وتغييرها

نسعى لبقاء الخدمة متاحة، لكننا لا نضمن استمرارها دون انقطاع. قد نضيف مزايا أو نعدّلها أو نوقف بعضها. وإذا أوقفنا ميزة أساسية من مزايا Pro خلال مدة اشتراكك المدفوعة، نتواصل معك بشأن ذلك.

نعتمد على مزوّدين خارجيين (Apple و OpenAI و MuscleWiki وغيرهم)، وقد يؤثر انقطاعهم على أجزاء من التطبيق.

١١حدود المسؤولية

يُقدَّم التطبيق «كما هو». في حدود ما يسمح به النظام، لا نتحمل المسؤولية عن أي إصابة أو ضرر صحي أو خسارة تنشأ عن اتباعك برنامجًا تدريبيًا أو غذائيًا من التطبيق، ولا عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو تبعية. لا يحدّ هذا البند من أي حق لا يجوز التنازل عنه نظامًا.

هذه الشروط لا تُقيّد حقوقك تجاه Apple بموجب سياساتها.

١٢إنهاء الخدمة

تقدر تنهي استخدامك متى شئت بحذف حسابك. ويحق لنا تعليق الحساب أو إنهاؤه عند مخالفة هذه الشروط أو عند إساءة استخدام الخدمة. إن أنهينا حسابك دون مخالفة منك خلال مدة اشتراك مدفوعة، نساعدك في متابعة استرجاع ما تبقى مع Apple.

١٣القانون الحاكم

تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، وتختص محاكمها بالنظر في أي نزاع ينشأ عنها، دون إخلال بأي حقوق نظامية إلزامية تتمتع بها في بلد إقامتك.

1Accepting these terms

By using the Grams app or grams.fit you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, do not use the app. They should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of them.

The app is also covered by Apple's standard licence agreement, at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

2Medical disclaimer

Speak to your doctor or a dietitian before any significant change to your training or diet, particularly if you are pregnant, have an injury or a chronic condition, or take medication. Stop exercising immediately if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath, and seek medical care.

Calorie estimates from photos are approximations and can be wrong. Do not rely on them for any medical decision. You alone decide what is right for your body.

3Who may use Grams

You must be 13 or older to create an account. Anyone under 18 should use the app with the knowledge and consent of a parent or guardian.

4Your account

You create an account with your email address or through Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for keeping access to your email and your account. The details you enter — your weight, height and goal — are the basis of everything the app calculates, so their accuracy is your responsibility.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account.

5Free and Pro content

Part of Grams works for free, including a limited number of meal photo analyses and the free programmes. A Grams Pro subscription unlocks the Pro programmes, meal plans, and higher usage limits.

We apply fair usage limits to expensive operations such as photo analysis and meal plan generation in order to protect the service. These limits apply to paid subscriptions too, and we may revise them.

6Subscriptions and auto-renewal

Grams Pro is bought inside the app through your Apple account:

The prices above are in Saudi riyals. They vary by storefront and may include local tax. The final price is shown on the purchase screen before you confirm. There is currently no free trial; if we add an introductory offer later, its terms will appear on the purchase screen.

If we change the subscription price, Apple will notify you and your consent is required before the new price applies to your renewal.

7Cancelling and refunds

Manage and cancel your subscription in your device settings: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancellation must happen at least 24 hours before the current period ends, and you stay subscribed until the end of the period you have paid for.

Purchases are made with Apple. We never receive your money and cannot issue refunds ourselves. Refund requests go to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com and are subject to Apple's policy.

8Acceptable use

• Do not share your account or sell access to it.
• Do not attempt to bypass usage limits or subscription verification, or access our APIs through unauthorised automated means.
• Do not republish app content or exercise clips outside the app.
• Do not upload photos of other people without their permission, or any unlawful content.

We may suspend or terminate any account that breaches the above.

9Intellectual property

The app, its name, logo, design, training programmes and written content are owned by or licensed to us. Exercise demonstration clips are licensed from MuscleWiki and remain the property of their owners. Public food data comes from Open Food Facts under its open licence.

What you enter — your photos, logs and data — stays yours. You grant us only the permission needed to process it and run the service for you, as set out in the Privacy Policy.

10Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may add, change or discontinue features. If we discontinue a core Pro feature during a period you have paid for, we will contact you about it.

We depend on third-party providers (Apple, OpenAI, MuscleWiki and others), and an outage at any of them can affect parts of the app.

11Limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for injury, harm to health, or loss arising from following a training or nutrition programme in the app, nor for any indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits a right that cannot be waived by law.

These terms do not restrict your rights against Apple under its own policies.

12Termination

You may stop using Grams at any time by deleting your account. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms or misuses the service. If we terminate your account without a breach on your part during a paid period, we will help you pursue the remainder with Apple.

13Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, without affecting any mandatory statutory rights you hold in your country of residence.
